The Virgin Kitesurfing Armada is a unique kitesurfing festival held on Hayling Island, bringing the kitesurfing community together on 9-11 June for one fantastic weekend of kiting, music, fundraising and record breaking.  To date we have broken 5 GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ and raised over £160,000 for charity.


The Festival

9-11 June 2017

The Virgin Kitesurfing Armada takes place on Hayling Island on 9-11 June 2017. The festival opens at 11am on Friday and features a huge brands marquee, pro and industry talks, live music, an outdoor acoustic stage, the family zone, the kite spa, DJ’s, parties, a bar area and of course loads of kitesurfing! Everybody is welcome, entrance to the festival area is free, but please feel free to make a donation to our charities on the door. See more.

A huge range of kitesurfing activities

There will be loads of kitesurfing activities going on throughout the weekend. Alongside recreational kiting in the bay we are planning big air comps, foiling clinics, beginner taster sessions, development clinics, boardercross and the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ attempt for the ‘Largest Parade of Kitesurfers’. On top of that you can watch the best kitesurfers in the country compete as we host the British Kitesurfing Championships! See more.
